Website Maintenance

We take time to ask questions about your business, your competition, your customers – everything that is important about what makes your business special with the intent to make it even better. This enables us help you in these areas to the best of our abilities. To begin working together, we will need a discovery meeting that can be done through a Zoom meeting. Prior to that meeting we will send a questionnaire for you to return. 

If we decide that we feel our businesses would benefit each other our rates are as follows:

$30 / hour with a minimum of 5 hours per month.


10 hours per month – $255 (Enjoy a 15% discount from the hourly price.)

20 hours per month – $510 (Enjoy a 15% discount from the hourly price.)

40 hours per month – $1020 (Enjoy a 15% discount from the hourly price.)

For content marketing, we have designed the following packages:

1 blog post per month with at least two custom graphics – $175

4 blog posts per month, each with at least two custom graphics – $700/month

Graphics will be emailed separately as well so they can be used for social media posts if desired.


Please note that packages and hours do not roll over to the next month. Any unused time will be forfeited at the end of the month. Remember when deciding on your package that hours are calculated for actual time worked on your business and stretch much farther than a normal employee’s hours. If you need more hours in a particular month than what your contract dictates, additional hours will be billed at the reduced rate.

We also offer some a la carte services such as copy for web pages ($150 / page up to 500 words), proofreading (8 cents / word) and brochure design by project.

Websites that are non-ecommerce are also offered. Prices depend on the amount of needed written content.
